Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Cloudflare electronics; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned hardware must be in its original packaging and include all accessories to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Cloudflare account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Return Item' button to generate your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box with all cables and manuals, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the shipping carton.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days of initiating the request.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement unit within 3 to 5 business days.
